Macro-perforated stretch film permits better ventilation of the load (allowing it to ‘breathe’) from when it leaves the manufacturer’s until it reaches the logistic handling and distribution centre for perishable loads, considerably improving the preservation of the produce and therefore extending its useful life.
Furthermore, improved ventilation with the perforated stretch film makes it possible to obtain a greater compression of the wooden slats, increasing their resistance to impacts and extending the useful life of the box. Improved ventilation also reduces the condensation of the load, which is a great advantage for the logistic cold-storage operators and for those who ship loads overseas.
